The Cowichan Valley is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island and is a one-hour drive north of Victoria and a 45-minute drive south of Nanaimo. The Cowichan Valley includes the towns of Shawnigan Lake, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, Duncan, Maple Bay, Chemainus, Crofton, Ladysmith, Lake Cowichan, Honeymoon Bay and Youbou.

With a rich history in forestry, fishing and farming, a strong First Nations culture and amazing scenery, the Cowichan Valley offers a wide range of exciting tourism and recreation opportunities.
